Training

  • healthy role of anger
  • overview of anger resolution model
  • overview of basic strategies
  • anger and resiliency

For a one day training, it’s a busy, busy day focused on the model and the process of Anger Resolution. I highly recommend the two day training to allow for application through practice, role play and case study, and a third day if in-depth work with issues or developing programming or specific strategies for your organization is required. It is my experience due to the very volatile nature of perspectives on anger, that people really need a good overview of the model, otherwise they just hold on to their own beliefs, behaviors and techniques. Many times these are learned in their growing years– in their unresolved angry home or community and nothing is gained. For a two or 3 day training, the last day’s agenda’s are reshuffled to meet the needs of the audience. Sample agendas follow;

  • healthy role of anger
  • anger, communication, language
  • anger cycle model
  • emotional literacy, language of feelings
